Welcome to Stopline
Seen something improper? Say something! IBAC employees can make a positive change by making a report.
On this page you’ll find information about how IBAC employees and contractors can make a report of misconduct at IBAC and where to find advice and help if you need it.
Choose a way to report
Report to the Integrity Oversight Victoria
If you are making a report about improper conduct by an IBAC colleague or contractor (for example corrupt conduct, serious professional misconduct, intentional or reckless breach of public trust or misuse of information or material acquired in the course of the performance of public function, substantial mismanagement of public resources, substantial risk to health and safety or the environment or detrimental action in relation to the reporting of this PID), or want your complaint to be assessed under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012, please go to Integrity Oversight Victoria.
Get help or escalate within IBAC
If you’re comfortable raising the concern with your supervisor, People Culture & Capability, a senior leader or a Contact officer, please contact one of these escalation points at IBAC first. They will treat your concern sensitively and should be able to take, or advise you on, the most appropriate course of action.
Report through Stopline
Stopline is an independent service that gives you the opportunity to report misconduct that involves IBAC employees, executive officers or contractors including:
- Workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination
- Sexual harassment
- Breaches of IBAC Policy and Procedure or the Code of conduct for Victorian public sector employees
- Other Misconduct.
Reports to Stopline can be made by telephone, mail, email or this website. If appropriate, the report will be passed on to IBAC’s CEO, Director of People, Culture and Capability, and the Executive Director of Legal, Assessment, Review and Compliance for triage. If your report relates to one of these people, they will be excluded from the reporting process.
Stopline allows reports to be made anonymously if you prefer not to be identified.
