NRS - National Relay Service

The National Relay Service is a vital service that allows people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment to make and receive phone calls.

  • TTY users phone 1800 555 677 then ask for 1300 30 45 50.
  • Speak and Listen users phone 1800 555 727 then ask for 1300 30 45 50.
  • Internet relay users connect to the National Relay Service (NRS) and ask for 1300 30 45 50.
